Vitality & employability
A fit team that can handle the work
Energetic people make a stronger business. We train your people for what the work actually asks of them, physically and mentally, and build a rhythm around that which lasts. For a whole team, a department or a single employee, with participants who can change each quarter.
Getting stronger to do the work well, or simply staying in a good rhythm. For the whole team or a department, with participants who can change each quarter.
We do not train a programme, we train your people
At De Werf we look at what a body needs to keep up with the work. The hours on the floor are only part of it: the commute, the days full of meetings and the evenings when the head will not switch off all count. We build a rhythm around that, one that fits the way you work.
Many employees recognise the same pattern: a full diary, little room for themselves and a body that never really settles. We bring structure to that, with physical training as the base and attention for everything around it.
What counts alongside the training
Energy rarely comes from movement alone. Sleep, food and workload matter just as much. Where that plays up, we move across to nutrition & lifestyle or to support with burnout and stress. We set out how these factors connect in from work stress to vitality.
If good intentions keep stalling, the brake sits in the habit rather than the motivation. That is what behavioural change works on.
A real example from our practice
"An organisation signed up a team that was permanently running on empty. We did not train harder. We taught their bodies to switch between on and off again. The energy and the focus at work followed by themselves."
Programme
Reflection, rhythm and result
Step 1: Reflection
We map out how your people live, move and recover, and where the pressure builds up.
Step 2: Rhythm
We build fixed, workable sessions that fit into a working week and that people keep up.
Step 3: Result
More energy, more resilience and a team that is fitter and sharper at work.
Location
At De Werf or at your own office
The starting point is training at De Werf in The Hague: calm, facilities and the full experience. A blend also works, part at the office and part in the studio. That lowers the threshold to begin.
Frequently asked questions
The questions employers ask us most often about team training.
From a single employee to a whole team. Through the business subscription, participants can change each quarter, so you use the coaching where it delivers most at that moment.
Yes. De Werf is based in The Hague and works with teams and organisations across the wider Haaglanden region. We train in the studio as standard; a blend at your own office can be arranged.
After a short introduction we agree the goal and the rhythm and schedule the first sessions. In practice that usually takes a couple of weeks.
