Physical training takes more than movement

Anyone who walks into De Werf notices it straight away: this is not a place you come to just to sweat. Of course there is physical training, but it is never the only thing. Because what we do works differently from what you're used to. And that is no coincidence.

No schedule without context

At many personal training studios your journey starts with an intake, followed by a training schedule. Your body gets stronger, your fitness improves - but something is often missing. There is no thread in your behaviour. Your thoughts keep racing. You fall back as soon as life gets busy again.
At De Werf we first look at where you really stand. Not only physically, but also mentally and contextually. Because training without insight is like accelerating without a route. That's why we start with a thorough intake and map out which pieces of the puzzle need to fall into place for lasting change.

A network that works together

What makes us unique is how we collaborate. Not just within one discipline, but across disciplines. Our physiotherapists, coaches, trainers and specialists know each other's approach. They don't work alongside each other, but with each other. So you don't have to stay in charge of it all yourself, but are carried by a team that understands what you need.
It may well be that you don't start with training, but with a session with our systemic coach. Or that the physiotherapist first helps restore your capacity. The order is not standard, but tailored - because you aren't standard either.

Quality is more than technique

We don't believe in quick fixes or standard programmes. Vitality is about more than muscles or body fat percentage. It is about rhythm, self-insight and resilience. And that calls for an approach as broad as your life.
Our quality lies not only in execution, but above all in alignment. Between mind and body. Between now and later. Between your needs and our guidance. That's why we work with a 360º roadmap, guided by professionals who speak each other's language and strengthen one another.

For those who want more than just movement

De Werf is for people who feel they are stuck in patterns. Who aren't looking for a six-pack, but for calm, control and results. For those who dare to slow down in order to move forward structurally.
Curious whether our way of working suits you? Have a no-obligation conversation and schedule an intake.
