Corporate personal training
Flexible training, arranged upfront
A block of sessions for your organisation. You buy sessions per quarter and use them for whoever needs them at that moment. Paid in advance, so you know where you stand and we know what to plan for.
How the block of sessions works

One unit is a session of an hour. You buy a block of sessions per quarter, paid in advance, and use them flexibly across your whole team. An unused part can be carried over to the next quarter by agreement.
- Unit: one session lasts an hour.
- Period: per quarter, paid in advance.
- Carry over: a limited part can move to the next quarter by agreement.
- Minimum: a minimum number of sessions per quarter, agreed together.
What you spend the sessions on
Sessions are free to allocate. One quarter they go to physical training for a team, the next to a single employee who needs support with burnout and stress or with injury recovery. Massage and manual therapy are covered too.
What personal training costs in this region, and what you get back for it, we set out in what does personal training in The Hague cost.
A real example from our practice
"A management team bought a block of sessions without knowing exactly who would use them. After a quarter, half had gone to the sales team and the rest to two people who had just come back from time off. Exactly where it was needed."
From intake to use
Step 1: Intake
We agree the number of sessions you want per quarter.
Step 2: Use
Your team books sessions, individually or in small groups.
Step 3: Review
Each quarter we set the number of sessions again against what is needed.
Clear upfront, free during the quarter

You fix the budget at the start of the quarter and keep all the room to shift within it. Who uses the sessions, and for what, you decide along the way.
3 free trial sessions for HR and the board
Want to know whether this fits your organisation before anything is agreed? Sign up two people, someone from HR and someone from the board, and together you get three free trial sessions. No quote upfront, no obligation afterwards.
That pairing is deliberate: HR sees what it means for absence and employability, while the board experiences a session first hand. After three sessions you know from both sides whether it fits.
