I'm Bjorn Dolman, professional rugby player, masseur and trainer at De Werf. Coming from elite sport, I know how essential it is to take good care of your body. Not just when something goes wrong, but precisely so you stay fit, strong and resilient. In my work I combine massage with training, guiding people who want to build their recovery, strength and confidence. That starts with listening to your body. Where is the tension? Where does it falter? What do you need to move forward? Sometimes that's relaxation, sometimes activation. Always attuned to your process. Whether you come with complaints or are working on lasting progress: I help you set that movement in motion. With attention, structure and an approach that fits your life.
